Raised Floor Computer Room.
The 825sf raised floor computer room in suite 100 is equipped with an Uninterruptible Power
Supply (UPS) backed up by a diesel generator with two fully redundant transfer switches,
distribution boards and APC racks with in-row cooling utilizing two (2) redundant 30 Ton Carrier
Air-Cooled Chillers. The computer room is protected above and below floor by a FM200 fire
suppression system, backed up by a pre-action dry pipe sprinkler system.
The generator is a 300KW Cummings Diesel Generator with a 400A 3P 480V output circuit
breaker; a 300 Gallon belly tank (for a run time of approximately 13.75 hours at full load) and
Remote Annunciator.

The generator feeds a Generator distribution panel with two (2) 400A/3P Breakers feeding two
(2) 400A Automatic Transfer Switches (one Cummings and one Cutler Hammer). Each of these
feeds a 400A distribution board with Current Technology TG100 TVSS feeding a PDU, Chiller,
and 277/480V Lighting and Appliance Panelboard, Transformer and 120/208V Lighting and
Appliance Panelboard.

The UPS is an APC Symmetra 75KW N+1 unit that was completely overhauled in 2017. Feeding
the two (2) MGE Power Management Modules Power Distribution units (PDU) PDUs Input:
480V,150A,60Hz,3Ph,3W+GND and Output: 208V,347A,60Hz,3Ph,4W+GND

Chillers on Roof) as well as the open frame racks which remain within the raised floor computer room:
