The 3 Valleys or ‘Les Trois Vallées’ is the world’s largest
inter-linked ski area. Three stunning valleys are linked up

authorities. As a result of the location and build
quality of this project, La SAS has been able to
put a guarantee in place which ensures that, in
the highly unlikely event that the management
company are late with a rental payment, the
agreed rental yield will still be paid to owners.
This guaranteed amount will not exceed the
equivalent of one year’s rental and is paid as and
