• Intervention: Counseling on proper positioning and attachment, building confidence.

• Problem- MAM-7.35kg height 74 cm, poor uptake of ICDS services
• Intervention: Creating awareness about ICDS and promoting proper feeding practices
• Outcome- Consumption of THR, Regular participation in Growth Monitoring

• Problem- SAM (5.37 kg & 65.2cm), Undetected thalessemia Major
• Intervention: DCC enrollment, detection of the disorder, linking to Sion hospital for blood transfusions and further treatment.
• Outcome- Normal ( 8.01kg & 72.7cm). Regular blood transfusion and better health
