• Proposed Multilevel car parking is located in Canal Patri of Maal roadnear Panchakki Chauraha. Frequent traffic jams are observed in thisregion due to location of main commercial market, Birhanaroad, Canal Patry, Express way, Naya ganj, Ramnarayanbazar, Sagar market, etc. which is a concern for Citizens in thisregion. Hence, Kanpur Development Authority has undertakenconstruction of Multi level car parking with area of 2304.47 sq.m. inPanchakki Chauraha which will include 2 levels in basement forparking of 47 & 35 vehicles and 34 vehicles on land surface with totalcapacity of 116 4-wheelers. It will include provision of commercialspaces for offices on first and second level. The construction of thisfacility will solve traffic problem in this region.

• It will include provision of commercial spaces for offices on first andsecond level.
• Total cost of project is Rs.1350 lacs• 2 lifts are arranged in this facility.
Construction of Multilevel Car Parking in Canal Patry
Foolbagh Park will be developed by installation
of various types of fountains like:-
Musical fountain, sequencing fountain, bowel
jet fountain, 4 no. of gazebos, 4 no. of
pargolas, 3 km of pathway, playground for
children, 6 no. of green mount and horticulture
works, herbal garden and amphitheatre for
small programs and yoga. New drip irrigation
system has been installed for watering of all
