STRUCTURE WITH PLURAL SUBJECTS
Subject + verb in base form + object.
I play basketball.
You ride horses.
We watch TV.
They study English.
STRUCTURE WITH 3RD PERSON SINGULAR SUBJECTS
Subject + verb ending in “s, es, ies” + object.
He plays basketball.
She rides horses.
Rose watches TV.
John studies English.

fix – fixes kiss - kisses
•Verbs ending in consonant + y, drop y and add ies
