Shield Security employs over 300 Officers working across central and Northern England delivering a wide range of Security and facilities management solutions. Our staff numbers continue to grow as more customers discover the benefits of our skilled and motivated workforce.
Shield takes great care to recruit the finest Security Officers and offers, an attractive package which includes a programme of ongoing training and development, to ensure that all officers are kept up to date with current issues and legislations. All staff hold SiA licenses and are fully vetted to background checks to British standards 7858.
All Officers are taken through an induction process and are fully trained to deal with situations of aggression and violence, bomb threat procedures, CCTV codes of practices, restraint methods and personnel and vehicle searches.
