• Diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma at 9 weeks old
• He underwent several rounds of chemotherapy and has been cancer free ever since! Yay!

VIPS
• Volunteers In Public Schools
• This program provides students in the State College School District with no-cost tutoring/mentoring.
• Tutors are needed in Math, Science, History, English, Literature, World Languages, ESL, Elementary Studies
Harmony Program• Performing arts workshop for kids
with and without special needs, hosted by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars
• Once a week volunteers lead students in acting, dancing, and vocal exercises

Prom Attire Event
• We collect gently used formal/prom dresses
• These dresses are sold at a discounted price
• They also collect jewelry, purses, etc.
Work in Classrooms
• Because a lot of us are student teaching, we will be able to do events in our classrooms.
• It can be as simple as coming in to observe or reading or doing a craft
• Elementary, Middle, High School, Special Ed
Social Events
• We like to have fun!
• In the past we’ve hiked Mt. Nittany, had spaghetti socials, movie nights, pizza parties, etc.
• If there is anything in particular you’d like to do definitely let us know!
