Business Concept Kindo21 member provides:
– Knowledge– Venture Funds
The venture funds are used to finance ICT infrastructures, which consist of:– Hardware computer and internet– Software application– Brainware operator
The ICT is utilized to provide services to SME members, managed & operated by a service operator. The service operator is replicated using franchise scheme
The SME members are benefited by economy of scales for using common ICT infrastructure. By using ICT & mentoring, SME gets the same system as bigger firms that includes formal management reports and management alerts
Kindo21 member provides mentoring and knowledge to SME member. SBGR will arrange trainings and technical assistant to help SME members
SME members pay the economy of scale allow SME member to afford services that are provided by Kindo21 members and ICT operator and share profit from using venture funds
Using historical SME member performance data, SBGR provides credit rating to increase lending position for the benefit of SME member
SBGR encourages fair trade labeling to enhance SME member’s competitive edge SBGR owned SME member’s transaction data and related business information to be used to
enhance the way of doing business and innovation

Organization and Entities SBGR (Sentra Bisnis Gotong Royong)
– Entity form: PT with open share holders unlimited share holders (like PT Tbk but the shares are not traded) need about min 300 shareholders
– All shareholders suppose to work together in any part of SBGR pools Pool of Funds include loans, grants and technical assistant (TA) programs
– No entity form maintained and managed by SBGR– SBGR acts as disbursement channel
