Strengths : Employees will not be tired and burned out, so they can focus
and work more efficiently.
No divulgence of trade secrets.
Employees will not be distracted or unproductive in core jobresponsibilities.
Weaknesses :
Employees can improve their job skills on someone elsesmoney. Employees may be learning new skills that can benefittheir organization.
Moonlighting could have helped in compensating employees ina difficult economic situation.

The salient points of new moonlighting policy is
communicated to all of the employees through acircular and team leads.
Jeremy is counseled by Melanie regarding his actions ofusing the office resources and told not to repeat it in the
future.
He should not be promoted as a punishment for hisact.
