Camp Volunteer – Activity Supervisor
Illawarra Water Sports and Recreation Park, Wollongong

Design a range of water sports activities for disadvantaged students attending weekend camps. Ages
range from 6 to 12 years with a total of 55 children to supervise at any one time.
Achievements:
Developed a range of non-verbal methods of communication with children from non-English
speaking backgrounds. These were adopted by other staff.
