opportunities
Thank you for your continued support of our Parish!
Our Church is forever alive and you will be in
Fr. Dallas’ prayers and on the altar with Jesus present
at his every daily Mass.
Dear Parishioners,
I am pleased to welcome you back now that we are back to public worship with limited capacity.
Please note that there are specific instructions, restrictions and guidelines for all of us to follow in order to keep
each other safe and healthy as we resume regular public masses. Also, due to the pandemic, the obligation to
attend mass remains suspended. It is recommended that you not come to mass if you are sick or, if you are at
higher risk from COVID19. Additionally, If you are caring for the sick then it is recommended that you stay home.
Visits from the priest or a designated minister to bring the Eucharist can and will be arranged outside of mass for
those who wish to receive. The following are a summarized list of the requirements for all who choose to attend
mass starting on June 1, 2020:
• Stay home if you are not feeling well.
• Wear a mask in Mass.
• Sanitize your hands upon entering the church or worship space. Please bring your own sanitizer if you
can (we have a limited supply at the church).
• Sit in designated pews or seats and respect social distance between others of 6 feet or more unless
you are one family unit.
• Refrain from congregating in tight areas or entering cordoned off areas.
• Follow the protocols to receive Holy Communion as directed at Mass.
• Follow church protocols regarding registration to comply with the 25% capacity limit.
NOTE: Regarding the 25% capacity limit, here at St. Mark we will not require you to sign up ahead of time for the
mass. However, in order to efficiently control the space limit, all people coming for mass will be asked to use the
north door (family center entrance). There will be additional seating available in the family center if the church
limit is reached. The additional space will be equipped with a live feed to watch mass and communion will be dis-
tributed here at the conclusion of mass in the church.
Finally for those who are uncomfortable coming into the building at this time for public mass, but who have
watched the mass at home, distribution of Holy Communion can be offered outside following the mass. Please
call or email the parish office if you plan to come for communion following one of the live-streamed weekend
masses, or with any other questions or concerns. Thank you all for your patience and faithfulness during this ex-
tended time of absence from the celebration of Mass. I am most grateful for all your cooperation, kind, generous
and prayerful support during this time. I am blessed to serve you all and look forward to seeing many of you
again soon in real life once again! Thanks be to God! Alleluia, Alleluia! ~Fr. Dallas

VOCATION CORNER
Who are the called? ... YOU are!
All Christians are called to holiness, to prayer, to charity, and to service. Some are called to serve God by
giving all they are and have to Him for the good of the church and the world.
“ALREADY DEDICATED to him through Baptism, the person who surrenders themself to the God they love
above all else thereby consecrates themselves more intimately to God’s service and to the good of the
church.” — Catechism of the Catholic Church, no. 931
“All Christians in any state or walk of life are called to the fullness of Christian life and to the perfection of
charity. ... In order to reach this perfection the faithful should use the strength dealt out to them by Christ's gift, so
that ... doing the will of the Father in everything, they may wholeheartedly devote themselves to the glory of God
and to the service of their neighbor.”
― Second Vatican Council, Lumen Gentium: Dogmatic Constitution on the Church
Pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life from our parish, that young people would be
open to God’s call, and that families would be supportive.
Pray for holy marriages that will be a witness to the world of God’s sacrificial love, and in which couples
exemplify the joy of cooperating with God in bringing forth new life.

THE MOST HOLY TRINITY
THE MOST HOLY TRINITY
Today we celebrate the Divine dance, a perfectly choreographed interplay of the Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit. Together they dance and move as one through three unique persons with distinctive, yet harmo-
nious, patterns and steps. They provide a mirror into our soul. Within each one of us, the Divine dance
continues, and the music of God’s love continues to inspire, sustain, and recreate us with every step
and melody. Can you hear the music that the Triune God is playing? Where is the dance leading you?
Our minds can never truly understand or know God. But our hearts can seek and find Him. From begin-
ning to end, God is one and, at the same time, Creator, Redeemer, and Sanctifier. God’s holy Trinitar-
ian dance is calling you to holiness. Join in and dance!
