The undersigned is directed to invite reference to thisMinistry's order No"11045/36/2012/]GHS/HEC dated 22.aL.20L4 vide whichDirector, Central Government Heafth Scheme lnvited e-bids through e-procurement from eligible private hospitals, exclusive Eye Hospitals,exclusively Dental Clinics, Cancer Hospitals, Diagnostic and ImagingCentre(Incfuding those already empanelled) for determinat.ion of rat,es tobe fixed for empanelled Privat.e Heal-th Care organi-zation for variousapproved treatment procedure/investigation under CGHS to be provided to CGHS beneficiaries and for empanelment under CGHS. Accordingl_y afterfollowing due process a list of private hospitals, eye care centres,Exclusive Dental Cl-inic diagnostic centres and imaging centres have beenfinalized as per the terms and conditions laid down in the abovereferred order as wel-f as signlng of Memorandum of Agreement andexecution of Performance Bank Guarantee by them signifyirig acceptance ofthe terms and conditions of empanelment and revised rates notified for CGHS Chandigarh in 2074.
