China currently, the model of countries initially
strengthened the role of privatization in the 1990s and
early twenty-first century continues, but now is turning to
the public health services. However, this has not
happened without countless flats, as the aforementioned
lack of transparency in the functioning of the health
system and the consequent loss of public confidence.
According to the National Research Fund for China
Health Law and Medical Law the situation of the health
system in China lies in uncertainty. (Darimont B, L.
Dongmei (05/07/2013)
Besides that China is a country where politics is critical to
all decisions that will be taken with regard to health, in this
case people living in China have access to purchase basic
insurance that includes dental, taking note that you are
working more on the public side and the private aside
because 80% of the population are public employers
therefore have greater access to public health programs.
Oral health care has always been an integral part of the
health care system since the establishment of the People'sRepublic of China 1949. Dental clinics are rare at the villagelevel. The private clinics are relatively new entities until 2003are only form a very small part of the sector. In China there isno monitoring other than for dentists, doctors and dentistsbecause they are in the same record. Due to this agreement, the exact number of dentists in China is not known. But if youknow that there are few doctors for the population. Policyattention to oral health is based on the global health policy, which is preventive care and treatment.
A goal in promoting oral health in China was the creation ofthe National Committee of Oral Health in 1998.
WITH RESPECT TO LOS CUADROS
With all this evidence can make known
how the health system is managed in
China dominate the public service unlike
Costa Rica is already growing private
service because no importance is given
to insured persons as the note said
above, in china fighting against all odds
for the health of the insured, unlike here,
that cost can make an appointment to be
treated as two years after requested,
thus giving the need to seek other
options to keep their best even difficult to
pay a private service especially if
dentistry as not being liked by everyone
becomes more complicated in this
assistance.
CHANGES THAT WE IMPLEMENT REGARDING
