– Independance , credibility of official statistics

– Data are already available, however few exceptions, there is a great need for statistical capacity building

– Statistical production, financial and human resources

– Coordination at national and regional level

– Coordination with other partners

– Reinforcement of analysis capacity

– Lack of decision-making culture based on evidence

– Consideration of intra-national level

– The selected dimensions and the raised concerns will be reflected in the program and in the conclusions of Delhi.

– These regional conferences, including the African Conference, and the Forum of Delhi are the building blocks for post 2015 development agenda.

– OECD/Development Centre and PARIS21 are ready to work with african partners (UNECA and other regional parteners)

– An African network in collaboration with the Economic Commission for Africa and Morocco
