PREFACE
Protecon BTG is providing role oriented Industry based professional training programs since 2014. During
this period, PBTG has enrolled a total of 148 young engineers out of which 120 trained engineers are currently
working with reputed National & International companies in India & abroad. Balance 28 Nos. trained Engineers are
currently pursuing training. Based on the current success rate, PBTG intend to increase the quantum considering in-
creased demand from the companies who have recruited our trained engineers in last 4 years.

ABOUT IITR-GNEC
Indian Institute of Technology - Roorkee has a world class
facility at Greater Noida. As the IITR—GNEC premises is
centrally located in the knowledge park area & surrounded
by various engineering colleges, it provides a number of
students, an opportunity to opt for BTG Program . The IITR
GNEC also have state of art conferencing facilities, labs,
library and fully air conditioned hostel for students.

Skill development forms the core of the company's functioning at Protecon BTG. The organisation firmly believes in the concept of skill development and ensures that the apprentices who train here enter the professional world of energy and infrastructure sector fully prepared with practical know-how of how the industry works, rather than just having theoretical knowledge about the technologies and skills that are required for being successful in this sector. Through a number of technical programmes on offer, the organisation strives to create skilled workforce that can fit into the professional world perfectly. The young engineers who are employed by Protecon and are trained under apprentice programmes there, get enriched by the enormous amount of knowledge which is shared by the organisation's highly-experienced professionals who come with a rich professional as well as training experience in the industry. After attaining guidance and training from these industry stalwarts, the young engineers are made to work on real projects under the guidance of their mentors so that their skills are honed and they are ready to face professional challenges that might cross their way in their professional journeys. For ensuring good skill development of these engineers, the company engages with professionals who have more than 20-25 years of experience in their chosen field. This helps in creating a complete symphony of synergy. Protecon BTG will shortlist candidates based on minimum 60% score in X, XII & UG
Protecon BTG will conduct 30 minutes Aptitude Test before Personal Interviews at IITR-GNEC.
Based on the outcome of Aptitude Test & Personal Interviews, selected candidates will be issued Offer
of Admission along with draft Legal Agreement & Payment Schedule.
Selected candidates will submit the Program fee to Protecon BTG & Hostel Fee directly to IITR-GNEC.
Upon receipt of 1st Instalment through online payment, candidates will be invited for Agreement
signing.
Upon signing of Agreement, candidates will be delivered admission kit & will become eligible for at-
tending BTG Program at IITR-GNEC.
