Features
The most advanced coolers controller on the market
It can control up to 31 units of Master BCF 231
Easy to use centralized control panel
All main cooler’s functions can be set up via cloud on laptop or smartphone
Very useful when coolers are difficult to reach or you need to control more than one unit
Controller
The application allows to make the settings for each cooler separately or for groups of coolers
Each cooler can have a status – offline, standby, running and fault
The coolers which are installed and active are checked with white frame
They can be grouped in smaller zones with the same settings which allows easy control
Each zone is indicated by different colour – easy to find to which zone a specific cooler belongs
Actions include
Setting a local and target humidity and temperature
Checking the fault code – allows to easy control the failures during operation
Checking the water tank level
The Ampere box shows the instant current of the cooler. It is very useful for installation and for trouble shooting.
The settings can be made for one single cooler or for the group of coolers in the same area
From the cooler panel you can
Set a timer and a weekly planner
Set the cooler’s functions: to cool, to ventilate, to exhaust, to swing, to clean
Select fan speed motor and then the air flow as well
SM 4.0 start panel – protected by the password and available in two languages – English and Italian
You can set and check all parameters for each unit separately

Features
Panels are double skinned type with nominally 50mm thick insulation and galvanised or ‘Plastisol’ exterior finish, in light grey (RAL 7035). Alternative colours are available. Panels shall be mounted on anodised aluminium pentapost framework, (thermal bridge free if required) and moulded corner pieces.
Applications requiring stainless steel panels are not a problem and can be manufactured in various grades, as required.
Demountable or flat-pack the units can be supplied suitable for dismantling and rebuilding in situ, if access is restricted. Alternatively, the units are available in ‘flat-pack’ form, on pallets, for building on site. Dantherm direct-employed Service Engineers can offer an assembly service, if required.
AHUs are type tested to EN1886 standards: Casing Air Leakage Class L1, Casing Strength Class D1, Casing Thermal Insulation Class T3, Thermal Bridging Factor TB3, Filter Assembly Leakage F9.
All the WD Range shall be fully compliant with ErP 2018, which is a requirement of the current building regulations part L2.
Options
Weatherproof option outdoor units can be fully weatherproof for outdoor installation c/w sloping or flat roof, ‘Plastiol’ exterior finish, weather cowls.
Optional accessories
There is a vast range of accessories available e.g. gauges, lights, windows, special finishes, inverters etc.

Features
The units are manufactured using similar high quality materials and finishes as the rest of the WD range but incorporates factory fitted, wired and tested controls, within a compact module(s).
This is a particularly energy efficient packaged unit range and incorporates thermal wheel heat recovery and EC fan technology. Thermal wheel efficiency is typically 78-83% and up to a maximum of 90%, according to EN308 and at relatively low pressure loss. The intelligent control optimises the operating mode for maximum efficiency in the prevailing conditions.
 Unit range air volume 0.22m3/s – 4.16 m3/s.
The smaller units are manufactured in a single module and the larger unit sizes in three modular sections, plus accessories.
The intelligent control optimises the operating mode for best efficiency
All the WD Range shall be fully compliant with ErP 2018, which is a requirement of the current building regulations part L2.
