Survey method
Volunteer Amputee Peer Support Visitors (VAPS) conduct the survey to amputees attending Prosthetic Clinic at PKH.
Data entry by Physiotherapist in Amputee Rehab.
Intended project is to compare surveys completed at a prescription Clinic, then a second after they have received the prescribed change.
To date, only the first phase results have been collected. Discussion for additions or corrections are welcome.
