KINGWOOD LEARNING ACADEMY
A private school has
retained an Architectural
firm to renovate an
existing building into their
school. They have asked
our design firm to review
the proposed plans and
make recommendations
for the interior design of
lobby cafeteria,
classrooms and hallways.
They want to incorporate
sustainable products and
practices to appeal to
instructors, students,
parents and staff.

THE ENCLAVE
The Enclave is a retail
establishment in an
historical warehouse district
built in 1879. The overall
theme for this space is “Old
world charm meets today’s
world”. To achieve this
theme Victorian elements
such as tufted furniture
from the era were
incorporated into the space
along with clean displays for
the merchandise. The
lighting fixtures are a mix of
modern spotlights and flood
lights on a track system,
combined with traditional
wall sconces, vintage style
pendants and chandeliers.
This eclectic mix of
furniture and lighting styles
creates a welcoming and
interesting atmosphere.

MIMOSA APARTMENTS
Mimosa Apartments are
a high-end condominium
complex with two small
space plans. A custom
designed logo can be
used for the building’s
marquis and marketing
materials.
Two neutral color
schemes allow potential
owners to visualize how
they can furnish their
own apartment. Hand
drafted space plans
demonstrate how
apartments can best be
furnished.
