GEOTHERMAL RADIANT FLOOR HEATING
WATER FLOW
Operable etfe panels on the southern facade with integrated shading devices
Operable panels climatically con-trolled farming zones in winter months.
Roof farming open to both residents and those interest-ed in learning how to farm. It
is run as a cooperative, and produce is distributed through
the community.
Water cistern with algal filtration system, combined with a series of water pres-sure-powered elevators create a closed system that filters greywater used by living spaces above.
