Eureka Ruritan to havefundraiser on Nov. 16
The Eureka Ruritan Club is having its annual fundraiser on November 16 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The fundraiser consists of barbecue plates with potatoes, slaw, hushpuppies and dessert. WCC Nurse’s Aide programsessions coming in October
Wayne Community College Continuing Education will hold nurse aide program information sessions in October.
Anyone interested in enroll-ing in a Nurse Aide I or II course in the spring 2014 session must attend an information session about the registration process for the program. The sessions are free and do not require pre-registration.
The information sessions are scheduled for 4 p.m. on Oct. 21, and 11 a.m. and noon on Oct. 29.
Each will last approximately 45 minutes and will be held in Room 101 of the Walnut Build-ing on the college’s main cam-pus in Goldsboro. Attendees must stay for the entire session
