Consultants and Human Resources Development with particular focus on
Organizational Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Business
Process Engineering, Customer Service and Quality Issues.

We offer tailor-made in-house courses (including corporate retreats),
research-based program, change analysis based remedial courses and
open programs
At no extra cost, we undertake pre-program survey or management audit
where and whenever found necessary. We also provide post-program
monitoring and implementation guidance in the same manner as a
competitive edge and value added.
Our consultancy services are tailored to our clients’ requirements. It can take
the form of ad-hoc advice or guidance, technical support contract or
complete project. We can introduce into clients’ project team, experts with

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Administrative Science from the University
of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He had his Master and Doctoral degree in
Educational Management from the University of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania USA.
Dr. Aina has over twenty five years of practical experience in top management
positions in the areas of human capital management.
He has served at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, Coopers Lybrand
Associates, now Price Water House Coopers, and the World Bank.
He has consulted widely for over 100 organizations, in government parastatals,
state owned companies, banks and privately owned institutions and
organizations in United State, Canada and the African Sub-region. He is
currently an Associate Professor of Educational Management at the Lagos State

OLAFIMIHAN AKIULA – B.Ed., MBA
Olafimihan Akiula holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Guidance and
Counselling/Mathematics (Second Class Upper) from the University of Ilorin,
Kwara State and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ladoke
Akintola University.
Olafimihan has previously worked in Manufacturing, Out-sourcing, Training,
