Matthew Nelson was able to read lips and communicate orally.
Nay Lin Aung used a pen and paper, phone, computer or the interpreter. But I was often possible to read clients’ facial expressions and body language to understand what they need.
Ohio Health’s Interpreting services were unreliable. But we managed to get by video remote interpretation.
