1. The students may go online to search for basic terms to be discussed in the lesson (i.e. Information System, Software, Hardware etc.).
2. Present a diagram to show how the components of Information System work together in performing specific task.
3. Discuss each components and its meaning.
4. Ask students to give examples for each.
5. Show pictures of different kinds of computer.

B. Lesson Proper:
1. Write on the board the different types of computer and show different pictures of it. Let the students guess which belongs to the right name.
2. Ask the students to list on a paper different hardware that they know.
3. Discuss the different components of computer system and group the students answer (from previous activity) according to its category.
4. Name the function and how each device work.
