The Company plans to obtain LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) rating for all their forthcoming developments. It is not easy to obtain LEED certification as developers have to follow a lot of stringent process for the same. But, at Bharti Realty, obtaining LEED certification is a must.
