TheOBC(includingminority)applicant'swhobelongto"Creamylayer"arenotentitledforconcessionadmissibletoOBCcategoryandsuchapplicant'shavetoindicatetheircategoryasGeneral.TheOBC(Noncreamylayer)applicant'sarerequiredtosubmitrequisiteCERTIFICATES inprescribedformatofGovernmentofIndia,fromacompetentauthorityissuedonorafter01/04/2014.Further,OBC(Noncreamylayer)applicant'swillhavetogiveselfundertakingindicatingthattheybelongtoOBC(Noncreamylayer)categoryalsoatthetimeofinterview,ifcalledfor.

8. ApplicationFee:AnonrefundablefeeofRs. 250/(RupeesTwohundredandfiftyonly)willbepayablebycandidatesbelongingtoMale General and OBC category using State Bank collect facility of State Bank of India. However, women, Persons WithDisabilities(PWD),SC,STandDODPKIAareexemptedfromPAYMENT ofapplicationfee.PaymentofapplicationfeeshouldbemadethroughStateBankCollectonlinemodeonly.

9. The applicable bank charges towards payment of Application Fee through State Bank Collect will have to be borne by thecandidate.

10. TheapplicationfeecanbepaidthroughStateBankCollectonanydaybetween1stMarch2015and20thMarch2015only.ThePrintedreceiptofStateBankCollectisrequiredtobeproducedatthetimeofInterview.

11. AdmitCardswillnotbegeneratediftheapplicationfeehasnotbeenreceivedinNPCILACCOUNT onorbefore20thMarch2015inrespectofthoseapplicant'swhoarerequiredtopayapplicationfee.

12. Applicant'smustuploadtheirclearandvisibleSCANNED photographintheJPG/JPEG/GIFformat,ofsizenotmorethan50KBandaminimumof125x165pixels(4.4x5.8cm)indimensions.ThephotouploadedwillbeprintedontheAdmitCardandonlytheapplicantwhosephotoisprintedontheAdmitCardwillbeallowedtotakeuptheOnlineTest.Applicant'smustalsouploadtheirscannedsignatureinJPG/JPEG/GIFformatofsizenotmorethan20KBandaminimumof125x80pixels(4.4x2.9cm)indimensions.

13. At the time of interview, the applicant's have to produce all originalCERTIFICATES for verification of date of birth, caste,disabilities,qualification,experience(ifany)etc.andCERTIFICATE /authenticdocumentsinoriginalinsupportofanyclaimforrelaxationofage,applicationfeesalongwithselfattestedcopiesofallsuchcertificates/documents(FormatscanbedownloadedfromDownloadsmenufromthewebsite).NoApplicantwillbeinterviewed,ifanyoftherequiredcertificates/documentsisnotproduced.

14. Applicant'sworkinginCentral/StateGovernment/PSUs/AidedInstitutionsshouldbring"NoObjectionCERTIFICATE " fromtheorganisationwithoutwhichtheywillnotbeallowedtoappearfortheinterview.

15. NoTravelexpenseswillbepaidtoanyApplicantforappearingfortheOnlineTest.16. Ifapplicantisnotinterviewedduetonotmeetingtheeligibilitycriteriaornonproductionoftherequireddocumentsincludingtravel

ticketetc.notravellingexpensesforcomingforinterviewwillbereimbursed.17. MerefulfillingtheminimumeligibilitycriteriawillnotbeentitledanyApplicanttobecalledfortest/interview/appointment.18. Theemailidenteredintheonlineapplicationformshouldremainactiveforatleastoneyear.Nochangeintheemailidwillbe

allowedonceentered.Allfuturecorrespondencewouldbesentviaemail.19. NorequestforchangeofTestCenter,dateandtimeallottedforOnlineTestwillbeentertained.Althoughapplicant'shavebeen

advised to indicate their preference of Test Center and Date for appearing in the Online Test, NPCIL reserves the right ofallocationofTestCenter,dateandtimeofOnlineTestasitmaydeemfitaboutwhichtheapplicantwillbeinformedthroughemailandnofurtherrequestforanychangeshallbeentertainedinthisregard.

20. Incaseofanyambiguity/disputearisingonACCOUNT of interpretation inversionsother thanEnglish, theEnglishversionshallprevail.

21. NPCILreservestherighttocancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/altertherecruitmentprocess,ifneedsoarises,withoutissuinganyfurthernoticeorassigninganyreasonthereof.

22. Incaseofanydispute,legaljurisdictionwillbeMumbai.23. Atanystageofthisrecruitmentprocess(ET2015)includingafterrecruitmentorjoining,ifanyofthefollowingisdetected,thesaid

applicant will be liable to be disqualified, prosecuted and debarred for all appointments in NPCIL and his/her application /appointmentwillberejectedforthwith:

CreateddisturbanceaffectingthesmoothconductoftheOnlineTestatthetestcentre.

25. Applicant'sapplyinginresponsetothisadvertisementmaypleasevisitthiswebsiteforlatestUPDATES inthisregardfromtimetotime.

26. Canvassinginanyformwillbeadisqualification.
