IN todays community based policing organization it isfarmorechallengingandrequiresacooperativeagreementandrelationshipbetweenlawenforcementanditscitizens.Byhavingthesamepatrolmeninthesameareatheygettoknowtheresidents,goodandbad,andfromtherehavethetruepulseofacommunity.Bywatchingtheareayouthgrowup,theyouthareformorelikelytoconfideinthedeputyand

whenneeded,evenaskforassistance.Withthissaiditisimperativetoengageyourdeputiesand
