THE ENGINE BRAKE IS IMPROVED BY 25% MAINLY

DUE TO AN EXHAUST FLAP. Veh ic les wi thout a l l -wheel

dr ive have d isc br akes up f ront , e lectron ica l ly contro l led by ABS

and EBL systems and ASR as an opt ion . The suspens ion systems

are a l so h igh ly robust : par abol ic or semi-e l l ip t ica l lea f spr ings ,

a i r suspens ion on 3- and 4-ax le models . The f r ames of the NEW

TRAKKER are made of h igh-y ie ld-s t rength s tee l , ava i lable in

two th icknesses : 7 .7 mm for app l icat ions where tare weight i s

a pr ior i ty, and 10 mm for the heav iest duty. NEW TRAKKER has

outstand ing robustness , re l i ab i l i ty and has proved th i s by be ing

tested in the wor ld ’s toughest r a l ly, the Dakar. I t was champion

in 2012 and i t success fu l ly covered more than 8 ,000 km

of the 2013 r a l ly, winn ing s ix s tages .

complete wi th head lamp protect ion guards and a lar ge space for

HI-SCR SYSTEM OFFER INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

THAT REDUCE FUEL CONSUMPTION AND

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. Cur sor eng ines wi th HI-

SCR have a number of advantages over the so lut ions adopted

by compet i tor s :

UNRIVALLED speci f ic power and torque , thanks to the higher

thermodynamic ef fic iency of the engines and the common ra i l

in ject ion system

LESS weight , thanks to SCR only, compared to compet itor s who

a lso use EGR.

GREATER ef fic iency and lower fuel consumption, thanks to

the opt imised combust ion achieved without the need for EGR.

PASSIVE only DPF regenerat ion, (not necessar y post in ject ions

of fuel) for the reduct ion of par t iculate matter providing

benefi ts in terms of fuel consumption and maintenance .

HI-SCR i s the best combinat ion of e f f i c iency and dur ab i l i ty us ing

compact , l i ghtweight technology. The ent i re system i s housed
