Program Changes Absence Type changes
Once an absence is approved it is no longer possible to change its type from a holiday type to a non-holiday type. If you attempt to do so you will see the message:
You will need to delete the absence and set up the new absence in its place. New ‘Show Inactive Employees’ option
A new Show Inactive Employees option has been added to the Setup menu, to allow users to show or hide inactive employees in the main screen.
After this update is installed, it will be ticked by default for all users.
The option applies to individual users, not the whole system, so each user can have it ticked or un-ticked according to their preference. National Minimum Wage Increase
The National Minimum Wage will increase from 1st October 2011 as follows:

Adult 15p £5.93 £6.08
18-20 6p £4.92 £4.98
16-17 4p £3.64 £3.68
Apprentice 10p £2.50 £2.60

Report Changes Confirmation of Maternity Leave
The text on the Confirmation of Maternity Leave template has been updated to match current legislation. Maternity Checklist
The text on the Maternity Checklist template has been updated to match current legislation. Paternity Leave Template
A template letter for Additional Paternity Leave has been added to the system, similar to the existing Confirmation of Maternity Leave template. Employee Holiday Report with comments
A new version of the Employee Holiday Report has been added, with a new reason/comment column; the entitlement/taken/remaining values in separate columns; the approved column removed and an improved format when exporting to Microsoft Excel. Employee Absence Report with comments
A new version of the Employee Absence Report has been added, with a new reason/comment column; the approved column removed and an improved format when exporting to Microsoft Excel.
Other Issues Employee/Employee Details
(41012) The Supervisor drop down menu has been changed to alphabetical order by last name Employee/Employee Notes
(41396) The CPE/CPD training field now allows entries with decimal places
