THE SOUTH ASIAN FOCUS NEW HOME FAIR
will be a place for New Home industry to interact
directly with buyers, investors and masses
in general especially amongst the growing
South Asian market across GTA and Ontario.
This Expo will provide general public information
on SPECIAL OFFERS from builders, retailers
and other real estate services under one roof.
The builders will provide choice of properties of
High-rise, Midrise and specialty developments,
Future or move in ready developments, while
having their brand exposure to new buyers.
This show will be an annual event and is being
organized by Metroland Media Group and
GNA Events & Shows.

For the first time in 2006, the South Asian Canadian population topped 1.26 Million, exceeding the Chinese-Canadian population of 1.22 million.
• Ontario has the highest number of South Asian and Chinese Canadians at 794,170 And 576,980, respectively. British Columbia has the second highest numbers, 262,290 South Asians and 407,225 Chinese.
• Visible minorities will account for 20% of the total population of canada by 2017.

1. The exhibitor agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by the Fair management, in the best interest of the Show, and agrees that the
Show management shall have the final decision in adopting any rule and regulation deemed necessary prior to, during and after the show.
2. The exhibitor will be liable for and will indemnify, Metroland Media Group Limited, and hold harmless as a result of any loss or damage whatsoever
occurring to or suffered by any person or company, including without limiting the generality or forgoing other exhibitors, show management, the
owner of the building and the respective agents, servants, and employees, either in the sold space or elsewhere is loss or damages arouse from or
were in any way connected with exhibitors occupancy of said space.
3. Space contracted by the exhibitors may not be sublet without the prior written permission of the show management.
4. The contract may be cancelled by either party provided written notice is received by the other before March 15, 2015 in which case the exhib-
itor is refunded his or her initial deposit minus $50.00 service charge and will not be responsible for the remainder of the balance. If the exhibitor
cancels on or after March 15, 2015, he/she will be liable for 100% of the contract and any monies will not be refunded, period. By cancelling, this
agreement forfeits all rights or claims to the allocated space and the show management is free to rent to others and collect and cancellation charges
as liquidation damages.
5. The show management reserves the right to alter or change the space assigned to the exhibitor.
6.The show management reserves the right at any time to alter or remove exhibits or any part thereof, including printed materials, product signs, lights
and sound, and to expel exhibitors of their personnel if; in the show management option, their conduct or presentation is objectionable to other
show participant.
7. The exhibitor agrees to confine his/her presentation within the contracted space only and within the maximum heights set by the show rules and regulations
and to maintain a staff in their booth during the show hours.
8. Show Management assumes no responsibility for a loss or damage to goods before, during the period of the show or after its closing.
9. The exhibitors agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed during the entire run of the show, but must remain intact until after the closing
time of the last day of the show. The exhibitor also agrees to remove his/her exhibit, equipment and apparatus from the show building by the final move-out
time limit, or in the event of failure to do so the exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional cost as may be occurred.
10. Show management reserves the rights as its sole discretion to change the date or dates upon which the show is to be held and shall not be liable for
damages or otherwise for failure to carry out the terms of this agreement in whole or part adhere cause directly or indirectly by or ion consequences fire,
storm, flood, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, strike or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the show management whether similar or
dissimilar from the causes enumerated herein. In the exhibit space to be use by exhibitor should in any way rendered unusual, the exhibitor shall pay for such
space only for the period during which it was or could have used as determined within the sole discretion of the show management. A refund of all monies paid
by the exhibitors to the show management will be made by the show management in the event that the show is not held as proposed by the management.
11. Show management reserves the right to cancel this contract and to withhold possession of the exhibit space if the exhibitor fails to perform by material
conditions of this contract or refuses abides by the show rules and regulations. In which case the exhibitor shall forfeits as liquidation damages all space rental
payments made by him/her and any further occupancy of such space.
