The 9th International IEEE EMBS Conference on Neural Engineering will be held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel on March 20-23, 2019. The conference program will feature preconference workshops, plenary talks, invited talks, and poster presentations. All papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted full-length 4-page papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings.Members of the Neuroscience, Engineering and Bioethics Communities are encouraged to attend this highly multidisciplinary meeting. The conference will highlight emerging neurotechnologies for the restoration and enhancement of impaired sensory, motor, and cognitive functions, novel engineering tools for elucidating brain function, and discussions on the ethics of neurotechnology use and adoption by impaired and healthy individuals.
