Learning Outcomes
• Participants will receive the requirements and supplemental guidance for the training of volunteer coaches.
• Participants will learn how to pre-register Non-Traditional Sports Coaches for NYSCA online training.
**IDP TRAINING RECORDS**
• Installation-based Training and Curriculum (T&C) Specialists shall update each participant's individual development plans (IDP) with 1 hour for "Management and Supervision of Personnel and Volunteers." CYMS Training Code: YT-AN01.

YSF Coach Requirements
All Volunteer Coaches (Head and Assistants) must complete the National Youth Sports Coach Association (NYSCA) certification for the specific sport they are coaching prior to their volunteerism.
