APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA

* Minimum 30 hours of community service

*10 minimum in-school hours

*(Directly benefiting the school)

* Well-written response to essay questions

* $15 non refundable membership Dues

* Final hours due March 12th, 2016

Due November 19th

Intent to join form, any 5 hours and $15 fees
