Nasi Kerabu is a

simple food at

Kelantan.

That why we call

Nasi Kerabu. We

mixed them and eat

together.

Firstly, we have to

cook rice. It rice is

very strange

because their colour

is blue.

Secondly, we should to

prepare their sauce.

Then we have to grind

them and then cook

them and lastly put in

some of water.

Finally, we have to

prepare concubines.

We can use cucumber,

long bean, and bean

sprout.
