aBeansTalkSocial’s Members have been asking for the ability to create as many queues as they wish with an unlimited
number of times and dates for delivery.
aBeansTalkSocial’s Publishing Queue System distributes posts based on engagement probability, using a ‘best time to post’
metric. This algorithm takes into account actual days to determine the best time to post on specific weekdays based
on engagement probability. This allows for improved accuracy.
aBeansTalkSocial’s PowerfulPublishing Technology
Members can align with their team and share queues with their clients and other team members. You can use our Bulk Importer to import messages into specific queues using a simple CSV file. Members can
also distribute RSS content via these smart queues so that content flows from a queue at redefined or optimized dates and times.
The ability to use this publishing queue feature has been fully integrated into aBeansTalkSocial’s Analytics dashboard through the Reporting TAB,
enabling Members to track and measure the success of a queue then run specific campaign reports. You are able to retrieve analytics on
various metrics including comments, likes, mentions, number of clicks, reach, opens, as this becomes helpful for businesses to determine ROI,
as well as the success of a particular queue.

…give your New Queue a Name. Type it in here, then click SAVE.

each day of the week or retrieve optimal posting times
each day.…if you do not want to post on a certain day, simply don’t define
that posting time, then SAVE

to your specified queue.

Reports New ReportsClick onto the New Report Button to view the type of report formats available.
Edit your report header by:• Left side - Upload your Logo;• Right Side - Edit your information;• Print;• Email to a team member;• Publish to a live link.
You can also remove fields, by selecting the little wheel
in the right-hand side of each field header slug.
Reports New ReportsSelect a layout for your report
then enter your report details by giving your report a
Name & Title.
Set the default period to either: 7, 15, 30, 60, 90 days
Reports Add ModulesSimply create your reports with
the “Add” button.
Reports Click CampaignsSelect your specific queue “Setup”.
Click ADDTo the various reporting modules
so they appear in your report.
