Project aims
• To help social services to develop business cases for funding from €120million government grants over 2 years
• To develop a decision support tool to identify and cost potential for:– reduced admission to residential care
– reduced cost of home care packages
– potential cost savings to the NHS (eg through reduced admissions to hospital)
