What is the role of Presbytery Leadership in:1. guiding the Presbytery into a new vision, organizational structure that will change the culture of the Presbytery?2. And what are the Adaptive Challenges we are facing?

Page 40: Mission/Vision Guide Team formed in May 2010

PRESENT ADAPTIVE CHALLNGES Due to a multiplicity of issues, many

beyond our control, we do not know how, and may not be able become the

missional, relational, learning community we have envisioned and claimed, on paper,

that we want to be. The way God could send us into our

context for the sake of the kingdom may not occur.
