C & I MAINTENANCE PLANNERAn experienced C&I Planner is required for long and intermediateterm reliability and maintenance support in Pembrokeshire.General Role Requirements are:

• Prepares work packs for C & I maintenance and modificationsactivities, including manpower, materials, tools and supportservices planning.• Implements the Maintenance Strategy e.g. Predictive andPreventive Maintenance Plans. Ensures that pm work orders areissued as directed on specified periodicity (e.g. monthly, weeklybasis daily).• Conducts site visits to identify job requirements and preparesthe relevant Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Permit toWork for each job. Maintains database for all risk assessmentsand method statements to optimise future planning time.• Prepares for maintenance activities, material, tools andlogistic requirements, checks material, tools availability, initiatesappropriate requests, reservations, issues and purchases asneeded.• Maintains master data in CMMS (SAP) Preparing variousreports on work orders.• Work with maintenance team members to ensure efficientoperation and sufficient data is captured in CMMS history foranalysis and development.
