This event was very well received by all who
attended. It information shared even lead to
visits to classrooms that focus on specific job

SCBB Engagement Guide• It sets some parameters, while
allowing the employee to go
above and beyond
Engagement
with Your Guest
SCBB
• 2018 was “THE YEAR OF ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS”• If a guest did not win, employees were allowed to challenge the Guest
to a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors
• If the guest won RPS, they would be given another chance to play
for free (an extra ball, an extra toss, more rings, etc…)
• Started by an employee at our Soccer Game
Engagement
with Your Guest
Make memories by losing!
• If the guest lost at RPS…
the employee would say
“best 2 out of 3”
• We tried to ensure the
Guest would win at RPS
Engagement
with Your Guest
• Allow your Guest to play for free (scary concept)
• From January through August of 2018:
• The SCBB allowed thousands of Guest to play our
Ring Toss game for free.
• Out of the thousands of Free Rings – Approximately
6 winners – Prizes did not exceed $600
• YTD Net Income (As of August) + 50%
