NOTICE I S HEREBY GIVEN that Applicants, Chesap eake O peratin g, Inc . andC he sa peake Exploration Limited Partnership, have filed an appli cation in this causerequ esting the Corporatio n Commission of Oklah o ma to enter an order pooling theintere sts o foil and ga s owne r s, and adj ud icati ng therights and equities in connectiontherewith, in the 3 20-acre dril ling and spacing units formed in the N /2 of Section 23 ,Township 23 North , R an ge 1 7 West of t h e IM , W oo dward County, Oklahoma , for theTonkawa, Cottage Grove, Oswego, Cherokee, Chester, and Meramec separatecommon sources ofsupply in respect to the devel o pment o f such separate commonsources of aupply in such units . The interests of the oil and gas owners involved hereinand the rights and equ iti es i n res pect thereto are sought herein to be pooled andadjudicate d pursuant to Tit . 52, Okla . Stat ., Sec tion 87 .1 w ithin and on the basis ofthe drilling a n d spacing units covered hereby, and n ot limited to a single wellbore .The app li c ation in this cause sta tes that Applicants have proposed the developmentof the se parate common sou rces of supp ly in the drilling and spacing units involvedhere in under a plan of development and have pro pos ed to commence such plan ofdevel o pment of s uc h units by an initial well in the land s covered he reby, and thatAppl icants have been unable to reach an agree m e n t with the owners of drilling rightsnam e d as res pondents herein with r esp ect to suc h pro posed plan of deve lopm e nt o fthe se pa rate common sou rces of s upp ly in th e dril ling and spacing unit s co ver e dhereby .
