The living room ceiling soars 18 feet high with a full glazed wall, which opens to an enclosed courtyard. The private courtyard provides privacy from the street, while letting abundant natural light into the interior spaces. Contem-porary open floor layouts, in combination with sliding room dividers, provide for maximum use of space and allows for cross ventilation of the units. The loft bedroom has a sliding glass wall that opens to the living room be-low providing a great view of the private courtyard.

The project is only six minutes from downtown Gainesville and twelve minutes from the University of Florida, and Shands. Explore restaurants, shops, clubs, and cafes along downtown Gainesville. Go biking, run-ning or rollerblading along the Hawthorne trail, and other nearby parks.
