Rice is first soaked in water for 15-20
minutes. Then the soaked rice is grinned into little bits, the bits
are then rubbed together to from a lump of dough like
rice. The lump is then molded into a square block so it could be steamed. After the
block is ready, it is cut into little pieces to be eaten while it is still
warm.
Rice is first steamed so it is
warm and soft. The cooked rice is then put through a filter
to form a long dough like strand.
The dough like strand is then sliced into thin noodle like strands and is ready
to be eaten.
The potato is sliced
into strands
and is then deep fried.
