The example I used to give is drinking and driving. If you drink and drive, it does not guarantee you will get in an accident.

All it does is changes the odds against you. Likewise, if you drive sober, that is no guarantee of not getting in an accident.

But it does change the odds in your favour that you will not get in an accident.

Over the course of your life, these little decisions add up and make HUGE impact on the quality of your life.

Your goal is to change the odds in your favour in everything you do. Choose your actions wisely and gain control over your life as a result.
