The project “Sport management qualification” twenty one partners from six countries have cooperated for building a European aligned education on a sustainable management of sports facilities.
The project “Sport coordinator” has created a new and innovative VET program for Sport Centres Employees to overcome the lack of professional skills and to promote a new occupational group of sports instructors.

Sports Academy
NSA is the Bulgarian institution which can provide certified VET as a national centre for education, research and development in the field of physical culture and sport. They will:
− be responsible for the financial management of the project,− perform need analysis, − define the competencies of sport instructors mapping the EQF and the Bulgarian QF, − select and adapt the content of the VET for sport instructors and consult on the VET for managers and technical staff, − develop a course on Kinesitherapy, − pilot test, − certification and implementation of VET programmes.

TeLEARN laboratory with its expertise in the pedagogical and technological aspects of e-learning and m-learning, has coordinated and/or participated in 13 European projects in education and training.They will:
− co-ordinate the project development and financial management, − monitor progress with the PSC and prepare the intermediate and final project reports, − adapt and develop new e-learning materials to meet the specific requirements of the partner training organizations and sport centres, − prototype training modules, perform the functionality and usability tests, − organise the pilot test, − disseminate project results.

P2 Ministry of Physical Education and Sports
The Ministry is the state body that drafts Bulgarian national strategies, national and annual programs for the development of physical education and sport policy. They will be involved in the project with the following tasks:
− need analysis at national level, − consultancy in the competences description and qualifications definition, − support in the content selection and adaptation with regard to the National policy and the "EU Physical Activities Guidelines. Recommended Policy Actions in Support of Health-Enhancing Physical Activity”.

Company’s main activities are in the construction and management of fitness centers, vocational training, development and applying of new strategies in sport services. They will participate in:

Bosöns Sports College has coordinated the LdV project for development of VET program for Sports coordinators and have created a standard certificate for Sports Coordinator within the European Union.
They will transfer their results in Bulgaria and Germany and they will:
− select and adapt the content of the VET programmes for Sport Centres managers and technicians to the specific needs and qualification framework in Sweden,
− perform the pilot test in Sweden,
− disseminate and exploit the three VET programmes.
