DPS – Dynamic Picking SystemHighly dynamic small-parts picking system. Static and dynamic provision of stored goods to the pick front via cranes reduce the pick front length by up to 75%.
Order totes are automatically supplied to or remo-ved from the workstations. DPS supports different picking options including pick-pack and picking directly into the dispatch carton. Order picking is optimized by a pick-by-light system.
CPS – Car Picking SystemIntelligent picking system based on the person-to-goods princi-ple with route-optimized picking of SKUs, supported by radio fre-quency, pick-by-voice or pick-by-light technology. Stacker cranes automate the order-related replenishment of the pick front. The pick mobiles in the CPS are able to process several customer or-ders at the same time.
MPS – Module Picking SystemHeavy, large-volume, and bulky goods are stored and put onto load carriers in a cost-effective and effi cient manner. The MPS is a goods-to-person system supported by pick-by-light technol-ogy. Thus, walking distances and lifting movements for the op-erator are reduced to a minimum. The MPS enables ergonomic working processes despite an inhomogeneous product range.

OPS – Order Picking SystemBased on the goods-to-person principle, items are provided at the pick workstations. The system is very economical and efficient when it comes to handling large SKU ranges in excess of 100,000 products. As such, OPS is especially interesting for the distribution of spare parts. The solution supports a vast range of picking variants by means of pick-by-light or pick-to-tote such as 1:1 picking, parallel picking, and pick-and-pack processes.
OFS – Order Fulfi llment SystemHighly dynamic E-Commerce solution optimally aligned to the requirements of an industry sector with constantly changing business processes. High cost-effi ciency despite a small-volume picking operation, error-free picking directly into the dispatch carton, effi cient order consolidation, shortest throughput times, and a transparent and integrated returns management, the OFS fulfi lls all these requirements. Moreover, the OFS supports start-up enterprises in the online trade sector due to its modular design and its fl exibility across all stages of a business development.

Based on the high dynamics of the DPS system, we are able to pro-
vide next-day fulfi llment to our customers. This is a major selling
point in a highly competitive environment. When it came to award-
ing the order, Berner decided in favor of WITRON as the company
offered the best and most cost-effi cient total concept among all
competitors. Additionally, WITRON‘s solution could be integrated
perfectly into the existing infrastructure, and so we were able to
continue the operation of our existing warehouses.
