OUR TEAM Tell us about your team:Hi my name is Pauli smith and my name is Kaleigha Thagard. Our team name is SUP BRAW. We are here to build a wind turbine that will help people.
DESIGN BRIEF
Problem Statement (What is the problem that your teacher has given you to solve?):
we need to build wind turbines to save cost and save energy. They will create a reusable source of energy that will save people from paying such high electric bills. You cant run out of wind so you wont loose lighting or heat. Wind doesn’t run out and fossil fuels do.
Design Statement (How are you going to solve this problem? Include the process you are going to take to solve the given problem) :To stop this problem we are going to build wind turbines. First we’re going to have to find the source of the problem and then look at our resources. Third we’re going to have to make a design; make the blades that will create energy. We have to test it and see if the design will create the energy that will make electricity for us.
DESIGN BRIEF Constraints (What you can and cannot do/use.):Cannot use metalEasy to makeCannot be longer than 10” can use balsa woodCan use coraplastCan use cardboard 2 to 4 blades
