From designing and turnkey solutions,through piece equipment to integrated forging units, ourwide offering includes servicing repairs, spare parts andmodernisation and reconstruction of worn and tornequipment.
We also offer software support of automatic forgingZDAS TechForge for integrated forging units. This con-cept enables automatic forging according to parameterinputs from the recipe. CKVP 4000This is a four-column push-down press of a double-acting type. It is designed for dishing of the railwaywheel disk. The press contains three working cylinders.Two side working cylinders provide motion of themovable crossbeam, being guided on the columns of the press, with the upper tool part. The third, middlecylinder ensures motion of the slide within the guidemechanism of the middle crossbeam. The other part of the upper tool is mounted on the slide. The press canwork either as a double-acting or single-acting one.The press is equipped with the lower ejector.

MATERIAL STRAIGHTENINGEQUIPMENT
Straightening machines can be implemented in rolling millfinishing lines, inspection lines or individual straighteninglines.
In straightening lines, the straightened material is trans-ported to straightening machines by means of conveyers,then troughs, situated at the input and output.
Round bar and tube straightening machines are sup-plied as individual machines or complete lines for steelmaterial straightening.
Sheet metal straightening machines for hot and coldrolled sheet metal straightening
Inspection and straightening lines for bar finishing pro-vide the possibility to increase the added value of rolledbar material by guaranteeing its significant quality parameters-straight shape, absence of internal and sur-face defects, accuracy of transverse size, surface quality,material quality and length size within the requested as-sortment and tolerance.

ZDAS, a.s. Tool Shop offers development of formingtechnologies, pressing tools, their design and pro-duction according to our own or supplied docu-mentation.
Machine equipment of the Tool Shop allows manufac-ture, assembly, testing, incorporation and measurementof the largest car-body tools such as vehicle sideboards,roofs, doors, bonnets etc.
There are 3D and 5D machining centres, horizontal boringmachines, electroerosion machines, milling and grindingmachines, lathes, processing and manufacturing presses,touch and optical 3D measuring equipment available.
History
The Tool Shop has been part of ZDAS Company since itsfoundation in 1951. Up until 1990, it had only focused onproducing tools, instruments and gauges for the com-pany's in-house needs. Since then, it has specializedmainly in the automotive and power industries.
Know-how
ZDAS Tool Shop has its own design and developmentdepartment. The Tool Shop is able to offer the customernot only production according to existing documenta-tion, but also development and manufacture of newtools and technologies.
Thanks to experienced professionals and know-howgained from more than 65 years of activity the ZDAS ToolShop now has a world-class portfolio of long-term cus-tomers.

Our specialists are able to reliably judge the technical state of the equipment and determine the steps to meet customer requirements for the repair level, as needed. The aim is to achieve that the equipment modernized is com-parable with a new, much more expensive one. Modern machinery is available at ZDAS Company to carry out repairsof even the biggest presses. If the customer is able to perform some proposed modifications himself in his own pro-duction plants, the transportation costs will be considerably reduced and ZDAS will provide, of course, technical as-sistance during these repairs, as well.

SERVICINGThe core branches of the production program of ZDAS, a.s. includedevelopment and manufacture of hydraulic systems. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITYThe Czech-Moravian Highlands (Českomoravská vysočina)belongs to the most beautiful region of the Czech Republic.In 1968, the protected landscape area of Žďárské vrchy wasdeclared here. Naturally, this had an impact on the ZDASCompany, which fell directly into the centre of interest of the public and environmentalists. The most important areelectro static boiler separators for company power stations,suction of electric arc furnaces, central separating stationof metallurgy division, modernisation and construction ofnew painting shops, gasification of metallurgy division,etc. Thanks to these measures, ZDAS faces no problemswith complying with rules and regulations on air protection.Concerning water protection, ZDAS invested mainly intothe reconstruction and repairs of wastewater treatmentplants (organic and inorganic) as well. Thanks to the con-struction of new demulsification station, the companyfaces no problems with the treatment of own cutting andcooling emulsions containing oil substances. Besides nu-merous cultural activities, supported by the joint stockcompany ZDAS, there is also important direct and long-term cooperation with the representatives of municipal
