2. ALL "PIPE TO MANHOLE" CONNECTIONS SHALL HAVE GASKETS AS SHOWN IN THEDRAWINGS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

3. ALL PIPE GASKETS SHALL BE INSTALLED USING THE MANDREL RECOMMENDED BYTHE GASKET MANUFACTURER.

4. ONLY PREDL CERTIFIED WELDERS AND FABRICATORS ARE AUTHORIZED TOFABRICATE, REPAIR, WELD, OR TEST THE BASELINER, TELESCOPIC ACCESS COLLAR,AND WALL LINERS.

5. ALL LINER SECTIONS SHALL BE WELDED TOGETHER AS PER THE MANUFACTURERINSTRUCTIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

6. LINER IS NOT TO BE COMPROMISED BY DRILLING OR PUNCTURING UNLESS SPECIFIEDAND APPROVED BY PREDL LINER MANUFACTURER. PERFORATION OF LINER TOINSTALL LADDER RUNGS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

7. PREDL CONCRETE PROTECTIVE LINER (CPL) IS A NON-STRUCTURAL ELEMENT. ALLPRECAST CONCRETE SHALL BE DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED INACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL STANDARDS PRIOR TO FINAL INSTALLATION ANDTESTING OF CPL.

10. PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITH INTEGRAL PREDL CPL TO BE VACUUMTESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM C1244 PRIOR TO FINAL INSTALLATION ANDTESTING OF CPL.

PRIOR TO ON-SITE FABRICATION, REPAIR, WELDING OR TESTING OF PREDL CPL.3. ALL CONFINED SPACE EQUIPMENT, PROCEDURES AND PERSONNEL CERTIFICATIONS

ARE MANDATORY IN ACCORDANCE TO WORKSAFE BC OR EQUIVALENT GOVERNINGBODY STANDARDS.

4. PREDL TECHNICIAN ONLY ENTERS THE MANHOLE FOR INSPECTION, WELDING ANDTESTING.

11. CAP STRIP JOINT WELD REQUIRED WHEN LINED BARREL SECTION JOINT GAPS IS INEXCESS OF 3MM (1/8TH INCH) OR WHEN BARREL SECTIONS MISALIGNMENT ISGREATER THAN 3MM (1/8TH INCH).

12. DIRECT SEAM WELD ACCEPTABLE WITH LINED BARREL SECTION JOINT GAPS 3MM(1/8TH INCH) OR LESS.
