Teaching Algorithm: The teaching algorithm is a tool to aid in the diagnosis and grading of cancer. The algorithms consist of a series of usually dichotomous decision points focusing on current diagnostic concepts.
Quiz: The interactive quiz contains multiple choice questions with answers and discussion for self-study.
Image Atlas: The image atlas contains hundreds of high resolution color images, both histologic and radiographic, with captions authored by leading experts. The atlas can be viewed by diagnosis or by features (these features reinforce the diagnostic features used in the algorithm), and the atlas can be searched using a key word search.
Flash Cards: The flash card module allows you to view a randomly generated assortment of images from the image bank and subsequently view the diagnosis and caption by simply “flipping” the card over.
