1-Knowledge about Safety & Use of Safety Equipments on shop floor.

2-Knowledge about products of Manufacturing.

3-Properly Understanding the all machine check sheet.

4-Proper knowledge about TPM check Sheet.

5-Under stand the details process of products.

6-Clearly Understanding the Drawing of manufacturing products.

7-Checking Inspection Method by using of different Gauges & Instruments

8-Should be clearly understanding the Tolerance of products & Gauges.

9-Visually check points methods should be understand.

10-Working as Cycle Time.

11-Observation the checking frequency of Products accordind to the process sheet.

12-Quality checking points should be under stand clearly.

13-Knowledge about 5s and Keep 5s in his work place on Daily Basis.

14-Always Working according the Daily Target & must fulfill them.

15-Respect to seniors & Juniors.

16-Always coming to the shop floor 10 minutes before.

17-Brake Time like Tea break & Lunch or Dinner within the given time.

17-Any problem occurs,Stop the machine,Call the Supervisors & Wait. Until the Machine is still

ok condition.
