• Write a letter from you to me (and Mrs. Wagner) telling us of your goals for the year.

• Choose ONE academic goal, including why you have chosen this, as well as what you hope to do to achieve it.

• Choose ONE non-academic goal, also including why you have chosen this, as well as what you hope to do to achieve it.

• Choose a THIRD goal, either academic or non-academic. Include why you have chosen this, as well as what you hope to achieve it.

• Be sure to consider organization: How many paragraphs should this essay be?

• Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, size 12.

• Parent response needs to either be ON the actual essay, handwritten, or attached. Parent signature REQUIRED for five point parent credit.
